Job Title: Functional Analyst
Location: Canton Baltimore, MD (Onsite)
Duration:
6+ Months Contract To Hire Brief overview of role This role supports the claims department and requires prior insurance experience, including familiarity with claims billing, processing, and coding, as well as researching and validating claims information. Candidates must have at least two years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Claims Analyst, or Claims Processor. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining reports and spreadsheets related to claims aging, coordination of benefits, precertifications, and other claims activities. Candidates must have at least two years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Claims Analyst, or Claims Processor. Advanced Excel (Pivot tables and V look ups), Adobe or Fox-It is mandatory. Prior project management is needed. Min 2 years experience. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required. Luminex is a plus. Project and time management. Problem solving. Organizational skills. Oracle is a plus.
