About the role

Global Foundries is seeking a Principal Member of Technical Staff in RF Design Engineering in California to lead the development of RF front‑end blocks using RFSOI technologies, including switches, antenna tuners and low noise amplifiers. You will perform RF schematic design, layout, parasitic extraction, EM simulations and pre‑silicon verification, define characterization plans, document trade‑offs, and engage customers to translate requirements into reference designs and technical papers.
