About the role

Children’s Specialized ABA in Maryland is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our team on a part-time, hybrid basis. You will assess behaviors, develop and supervise BIPs, train staff, and support families using evidence-based ABA practices to improve outcomes for children with ASD. We value collaboration with physicians, educators, and therapists, offer flexible hours, travel up to 30 miles, and a supportive environment focused on compassionate, client-centered care with ongoing professional growth.
