This is a great opportunity for someone coming from retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, reception, or sales who wants to build a long-term career in property management and real estate. What You'll DoCustomer Service & Resident Relations Greet prospective residents and create a welcoming experience Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist residents professionally Build relationships with current and future residents Help resolve questions and concerns with a positive attitude Follow up with prospects and residents in a timely manner LeasingTour apartment homes and community amenities Explain pricing, availability, and lease terms clearly Practice the ABCs, Always Be Closing Assist with applications, paperwork, and move-in coordination Help keep model units clean, organized, and ready for tours Marketing & Community Outreach Participate in outreach marketing and resident events Support social media and community marketing efforts Shop competitors and stay informed about the local market
What We Are Looking For:

  • Professional appearance and appropriate business attire required
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Comfortable working Tuesdays through Saturdays
  • Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office
  • Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
