About the role
Parts & Accessories Merchandiser Fay Myers is a powersports dealership built by riders, for riders. We sell and service motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and more, and our parts and accessories department is a big part of what keeps our customers riding. We're looking for a creative, organized merchandiser who can make our showroom floor as exciting as the machines on it.
The Role:
As our Parts & Accessories Merchandiser, you'll own how our P&A products look, flow, and sell in the store. You'll turn a wall of helmets, riding gear, and aftermarket parts into displays that catch a customer's eye and make it easy to find exactly what they need. You'll work closely with the parts manager, sales team, and vendors to keep displays fresh, stock levels right, and the department running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Design, build, and maintain product displays for apparel, helmets, riding gear, parts, and accessories Plan and execute seasonal resets, new product launches, and OEM and aftermarket promotions Follow and adapt planograms and brand merchandising guidelines from manufacturers Keep pricing, signage, and product labeling accurate and up to date Receive, tag, and stock incoming product, and help with cycle counts and inventory audits Monitor sell-through and slow-moving inventory, and recommend markdowns or display changes to move aging stock Coordinate with sales managers to bundle accessories with unit sales Support in-store events, open houses, and vendor demo days Keep the department clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times What We're Looking For 1–2+ years of retail merchandising, visual merchandising, or parts department experience (powersports, automotive, or outdoor retail a big plus) A good eye for layout, color, and product presentation Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using a dealer management system (Lightspeed experience preferred) and basic computer tools Knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or riding gear is a strong advantage, and a passion for powersports is even better Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time off Short term and long-term disability Accident Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Overtime available
