About the role

SpaceX is seeking a Commercial Counsel for Supply Chain to enable procurement of critical goods and services. You will provide legal review and counseling to SpaceX’s Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Facilities teams in the United States and internationally. You will draft, negotiate, and review a range of commercial contracts, identify legal risks, and support procurement lifecycle from RFPs to dispute resolution. This role is based in Washington, DC and onsite.
