About the role
3.1 Phillip Lim is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our flagship retail team. This opportunity is well-suited for current interns interested in gaining hands-on experience in a luxury retail environment while contributing directly to the client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a personalized and elevated shopping experience for all clients Develop a strong understanding of product, brand history, and seasonal collections Support visual merchandising and maintain the sales floor to brand standards Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory support, and POS transactions Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Interest in fashion, styling, and client engagement Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
