Some key responsibilities with this role: Own day-to-day service and retention for an assigned commercial lines book, with a focus on commercial real estate exposures and a broader middle-market mix Lead client communication, with an emphasis on responsiveness — acknowledging inquiries quickly, setting clear timelines, and keeping clients and producers informed throughout Manage renewals and marketing, including reviewing renewal terms, identifying premium variances, and presenting competitive alternatives Handle policy servicing end to end — endorsements, audits, certificates, binders, and account reconciliation — across a mid-market commercial portfolio Partner closely with a hands-on producer and contribute to a team culture built around clear communication and follow-through The ideal candidate is a senior commercial lines account manager or account executive with solid middle-market experience; prior exposure to commercial real estate accounts is a strong plus. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
