About the role
Our client, a leading real estate company, is hiring a Customer Support Administrator! This is a remote role 5 days a week.*This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits & a possibility of extension! *In this role, you will support contact center operations by processing leads, managing customer emails, updating CRM records, and handling follow-ups. You’ll also help the team stay organized, accurate, and on track with daily tasks and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Accurately process lead submissions in accordance with established client program guidelines Manually create and/or update records in customer CRM as applicable Manage incoming customer emails across program-specific inboxes Conduct research and complete broker close-out tasks, including proactive follow-up with program members and brokers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years business experience preferred Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
