Creative Manager
Position Summary: Hands-on Creative Manager responsible for leading brand and visual content across digital, social media, web, email, print, photography, and video. Manage projects from concept through completion while ensuring quality and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities: Lead creative concepts and campaigns across digital, social, web, email, print, and promotional channels. Develop and maintain brand standards and visual guidelines. Create graphics, digital assets, landing pages, emails, presentations, packaging, and promotional materials. Lead photography and video projects, including planning, shooting, editing, and post-production. Develop storyboards, scripts, shot lists, and creative concepts. Manage multiple projects, deadlines, revisions, and final quality control. Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions aligned with business goals. Present concepts to leadership and maintain organized creative assets. Stay current with design, photography, video, and digital trends.
Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, creative development, marketing, or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, digital, photography, and/or video.2+ years of photography experience; food/product experience preferred.1+ year of professional videography/video editing experience. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Working knowledge of HTML, responsive design, and web content. Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, digital/print design, and visual composition. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MacOS creative tools. Strong communication, organization, presentation, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively. Consumer, food, hospitality, lifestyle, or product industry experience is a plus.
