About the role
City of Baltimore is seeking a Press Secretary for the Mayor’s Office of Communications. You will be the on‑the‑record spokesperson for the Mayor, manage media relations, craft press materials, and organize press conferences with city leadership.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in media relations, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work under pressure and coordinate across agencies. Overnight/on-call availability may be required, especially during emergencies.
