Intern An internship is a great opportunity for a current student or a recent graduate interested in pursuing a career in a specific field to learn more about the day to day operations and what that looks like in a non-profit organization. We strive to offer all interns the necessary support and guidance they need in order to create a valuable educational and working experience. Duties and Responsibilities: May shadow/observe current employees throughout various parts of their day to learn more about their job position Data entry into systems utilized by a specific department Maintain files, organize documents; make copies, fax, etc., as needed Complete a variety of different projects and tasks, as assigned. Follow UCC policies and procedures Qualifications: Must currently be enrolled in or have recently graduated from an accredited 2 or 4 year college/university Basic computer knowledge and be able to work with Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to listen and take direction Be able to work well with others and have a "team oriented" mentality, but also be able to work independently.
