Panel Assembly Assemble electrical, control, and mechanical panels according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. Install wiring, terminals, switches, breakers, connectors, and electrical components. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings. Use hand and power tools to cut, strip, crimp, drill, and install components. Perform wiring and cable routing while ensuring proper labeling and connections. Inspect completed panels for accuracy, quality, and proper workmanship. Test panels and troubleshoot wiring or assembly issues as needed. Maintain accurate production and quality safety procedures, electrical standards, and company quality requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area while meeting production deadlines.
