About the role

Job Description: Smith Personnel is seeking dependable and hardworking Order Selectors for a busy facility in the North Fort Worth area. The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and organizing customer orders for shipment while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Review customer orders and accurately select requested products
  • Locate and pull products from designated warehouse locations
  • Use an RF scanner, handheld device, or tablet to process orders
  • Verify item numbers, quantities, and order accuracy
  • Stage completed orders for shipment
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area
  • Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Previous order selector, order pulling, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Ability to work 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMMust be willing to work weekends as needed
  • Comfortable using RF scanners, tablets, or similar warehouse equipment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $16.00 per hour
