About the role

As a Dentist, are you supported to deliver the best care possible with complete clinical independence — or is something missing? Hallmark Dental is an owner-led group of three practices in Middle Tennessee. Our Lewisburg office is well-established, deeply rooted in its community, and equipped with the technology to practice the way you were trained to — CBCT, implants, and the support structure behind them. Our standard is to do the best thing for the patient, every time. We're looking for an Associate Dentist who is an excellent clinician and someone people want to work with. We need both — we cannot miss the boat on either. That combination is what leads patients to accept treatment, follow through, stay, and refer their families. We are not only looking for a clinician; we are looking for someone who will set the tone for a team that already cares. You will be set up for immediate success as an Associate Dentist: a full schedule, roughly 40 new patients a month, complete clinical independence, a career path that provides direct mentorship — clinical and business — from an owner who still practices chairside.
What we offer: Daily guarantee starting at $800, moving to a tiered percentage of production Lab fees covered at 100% on approved labs Health insurance, dental for you and your family, 401(k) with match Tiered CE allowance, paid holidays, uniform allowance Monthly doctor dinners and ongoing mentorship Relocation assistance available Partnership and equity opportunity for the right long-term fit Lewisburg, TN — an easy reverse commute from Franklin, Brentwood, or Spring Hill. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
