Manufacturing Associate
Location: Decatur Al$17.00
Position Summary: We are seeking dependable and hardworking Manufacturing Associates to join a growing production team. This position is responsible for assisting with production operations, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assemble, inspect, package, and prepare products for shipment
  • Monitor production lines to ensure quality and productivity standards are met
  • Load and unload materials and supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
  • Perform routine quality checks and report defects or equipment issues
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
  • Assist with general labor and other production-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
