About the role
- Respond to and resolve customer issues for those considering closing their accounts and offer solutions to retain them.
- Ensure that all tasks meet quality standards and comply with regulations by following established procedures and company guidelines.
- Educate customers on benefits, rewards, and features of retaining the account.
- Maintain control of conversations and appropriately answer customer objections and questions

- PayBase wage starting at $17.25-19.15/hr. with opportunities to increase take home pay.
- Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives
