Verify vehicle details, assess and document interior, exterior, and basic mechanical condition, and submit accurate reports using inspection and customer-management tools. Build dealer relationships while meeting safety and inspection standards. Inspect vehicles according to Manheim standards and safely locate, start, move, and return vehicles on dealer lots. Verify VINs, mileage, sub-series, and options, and enter vehicle information accurately. Assess and document interior, exterior, and basic mechanical condition, including damage, missing parts, and inoperable features. Engage dealer clients, explain mobile inspection services, and encourage participation. Manage territory appointments and inspection productivity, adapting to schedule changes. Submit daily reports using Salesforce.com and collaborate with Manheim teams while following safety and compliance standards.
