About the role
- Client Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on assigned cases
- Provide clear, consistent updates and respond promptly to client questions
- Assist clients with treatment coordination and documentation requests
- Case Management
- Support personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Track medical treatment and follow up with providers as needed
- Request, organize, and review medical records and billing
- Maintain accurate case notes and well‑organized digital files
- Insurance & Provider Coordination
- Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claim status
- Assist with lien identification and case documentation
- Help prepare settlement demand packages under attorney guidance
- Administrative & Legal Support
- Track deadlines, treatment timelines, and required tasks
- Ensure files are complete, accurate, and settlement‑ready
- Provide ongoing support to attorneys and the legal team
- 1+ year of experience in personal injury, legal, medical, or case management support (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with legal software such as FileVine (training provided)
- Desire to learn, take initiative, and grow in a legal career
