Job Location: New York, NY (Hybrid - 2-3 days/week onsite)

Job Responsibilities: Develop and deploy voice communication systems, including VoIP, PBX, and other telephony solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. Monitor and maintain voice systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. Utilize IPC engineering experience to manage and optimize voice communication platforms. Oversee relationships with carriers, manage Hoot and Holler services, and ensure efficient voice recording solutions. Coordinate the development, deployment, and decommissioning of voice-related products, ensuring timely updates and adherence to version control protocols. Implement and manage patching schedules, maintain version control, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Work closely with IT, network, and security teams to align voice systems with organizational goals and security policies. Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures related to voice systems.
Skills and Experience: Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IPC engineering and voice communication systems. Proficiency in managing carrier services, Hoot and Holler systems, and voice recording technologies. Strong understanding of VoIP protocols, SIP, RTP, and related technologies. Experience with product life cycle management, patching processes, and version control systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex voice communication issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Desired: Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCVP).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
