- Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to completion
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related HVAC equipment
- Lead and provide direction to helpers on assigned jobs
- Review job requirements before starting work and ensure necessary materials and equipment are available
- Troubleshoot installation issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, company standards, and applicable codes
- Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management
- Complete required job documentation accurately and promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
- Properly maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment What We're Looking For Five or more years of HVAC installation experience preferredStrong residential HVAC installation experience
- Light commercial installation experience preferredStrong knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, electrical components, and HVAC installation procedures
- Ability to read installation instructions, blueprints, and job specifications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and provide direction to helpers
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Dependable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position
