About the role
Managing retail accounts and commercial partnerships, the full-time Key Account Manager will oversee onboarding, launch planning, and trading performance while working remotely to ensure effective execution and growth.
Key responsibilities
Own retailer onboarding, launch planning, and critical path management from account setup through to live trading
Manage day-to-day retail account relationships and track trading performance across various metrics
Support forecasting, order tracking, and service-risk management while building repeatable account management processes
Required qualifications
Experience in retail account management or commercial operations, ideally within FMCG/CPG or consumer products
Knowledge of the UK retail environment, particularly in grocery or health and wellness sectors
Proficiency in managing critical paths and retailer systems for product setup and launch readiness
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate internal teams and external partners
Demonstrated negotiation skills and a data-led approach to account growth
