Position Summary: Under the direction of the Chief of Administration, the Administrative Assistant IIprovides vital front desk and administrative support. This role involves high-volume customer service—both in person and by phone—and ensures smooth, professional communication with staff, residents, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors Answer, route, and respond to incoming phone calls Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records Review and verify permit and title applications Assist with inquiries related to permits, inspections, and manufactured housing titles Relay messages and provide accurate, timely information Coordinate communications between staff and the public
Ideal Candidate: Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication Professional, customer-focused attitude Ability to manage a fast-paced, front-desk environment
