Job Description:
Position Snapshot: Execute queue-based operational work with high accuracy, strong documentation discipline, and timely completion. Works within defined team standards and escalate exceptions appropriately.
Reports To: Operations Lead/Supervisor (team-specific)
Core Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned queue work accurately and timely; maintain clean system documentation and artifacts.· Follow documented procedures, templates, and standards; flag exceptions early.· Communicate clearly with internal teams and (where applicable) clients/vendors through approved channels.· Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring defects/rework drivers.· Assemble and issue payoff/reinstatement quotes; maintain version control and documented delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High attention to detail; strong documentation discipline; ability to manage time-sensitive queues.· Strong verbal and written communication; ability to learn workflow systems quickly.
