The Portfolio Manager will manage multiple Corporate Technology projects and make sure they are aligned with business priorities. The main focus will be on: Portfolio Management Budget Management & ForecastingVendor Management Contracts & SOWsProcurement & Purchase Orders Governance & Reporting Stakeholder Management Risk Management Key Responsibilities Manage multiple technology projects/initiatives and ensure they are aligned with business goals. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Handle vendors, contracts, SOWs, renewals, and vendor performance. Manage purchase orders, invoice approvals, and procurement activities. Act as the main point of contact for the Corporate Technology organization. Communicate and coordinate with business stakeholders and leadership. Support governance meetings, portfolio reviews, and executive reporting. Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects. Work closely with Technology, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and business teams. Identify ways to improve portfolio processes and operational efficiency.
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, Program Management, Vendor Management, or IT Business Management.
