About the role
- Partner with customer clinical, medical review, and safety teams to understand their workflows and identify where AI can remove manual burden
- Work with our engineering and product teams to design clinically sound AI checks, review logic, and analytical views, and translate customer needs into product requirements
- Dive deep into our AI models and automated checks to verify clinical correctness, pressure-test edge cases, and drive validation against real study data
- Lead customer training, onboarding, and ongoing scientific touchpoints so teams adopt Octozi confidently and fully
- Collaborate with external clinical partners, advisors, and investigators on validation work and joint initiatives
- Collaborate on and contribute to publications in scientific and clinical journals

- Master's, PhD, or MDExperience in oncology clinical development, with hands-on work in medical data review, safety review, or clinical data interpretation
- Fluency with clinical trial data: labs, adverse events, concomitant meds, tumor assessments (RECIST), and the realities of messy EDC data

- Genuine curiosity about AI. You don't need to code, but you need to want to understand how the models work and where they fail
- Strong written and verbal communication; willingness to publish and speak on behalf of Octozi
- Startup temperament: comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and wearing multiple hats
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
