Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN Macomb Post Acute Care Center Macomb, IL $35-$38/hour (PRN) We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility. This position offers flexibility while allowing you to provide hands-on support to residents working toward greater independence.

What You'll Do: Deliver occupational therapy services under the direction of the Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, and self-care tasks Guide therapeutic exercises focused on coordination, strength, and function Observe patient progress and communicate updates to the OT Maintain accurate documentation for all treatments Why PRN With Us: Flexible scheduling based on your availability Opportunity to pick up additional shifts at nearby locations Team-oriented rehab environment

Requirements: Active COTA license Skilled nursing experience preferred
