Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager to lead a high-volume, scratch kitchen in partnership with the Executive Kitchen Manager. You’ll drive food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction while coaching a diverse team. You will direct kitchen operations across stations, review schedules, and oversee inventory using POS, ordering systems, and Microsoft Office, ensuring consistent execution and operational excellence.
