About the role

Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) seeks a Site Supervisor to lead and coach a crew of 5–10 participants on outdoor beautification projects. You will provide on-the-job training, monitor time records, and ensure safety and quality across daily tasks. Ideal candidates will have mentoring or supervisory experience, enjoy outdoor work, and commit to social justice. The role runs 7:00AM–3:30PM, with built-in overtime on weekdays.
