Entry Level CNC Lathe/Mill Operators (Macomb, MI)!Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking highly motivated Machine Operators to join our team in Macomb, Michigan! Why Entech & This Role? Temp-to-Hire Opportunity: Looking for a stable work environment? This position has the potential to transition into a permanent role!
Pay: $15.75/hr for 1st shift, $16.25/hr for 2nd shift
Shift:
1st shift, 6am-4:30pm, or 2nd shift, 4:30pm-3am Overtime Available: Earn extra income with opportunities for overtime based on production needs.
What You'll Do:
Safely lift, push, carry, and pull parts weighing 50+ pounds. Operate a variety of CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and broaches. Perform precise adjustments on machines to ensure quality output. Sort, assemble, and package manufactured parts with accuracy. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Machine metal parts for engines, transmissions, and suspension components.
Qualifications:
Prior experience operating CNC machines a plus. Ability to learn and follow detailed instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
