What You'll Do: Deliver precision haircuts and grooming services Consult with guests to understand their style goals Recommend products and services that enhance the guest experience Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional workstation Create an exceptional barber shop experience that keeps guests coming back
What We're Looking For: Active Ohio Barber or Cosmetology License Experience preferred, but coachability and passion matter most Strong guest service and communication skills Desire to grow your craft and build a loyal guest base Accelerated Barber Training New to our approach? Licensed professionals complete our accelerated training program and learn The Royal Rhino Way in a customized, self-paced timeframe, depending on experience and certifications.
