About the role
Supporting individuals eligible for Dual Special Needs Plans (DSNP), the full-time remote Utah Licensed Healthcare Agent will conduct telesales conversations to educate prospective members about their Medicare and Medicaid options and guide them through the enrollment process.
Key responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective DSNP Medicare members, focusing on sales, education, and enrollment
Guide individuals through Dual Special Needs Plan options, ensuring clarity on Medicare and Medicaid benefits and eligibility
Meet performance expectations related to sales goals, call quality, and schedule adherence while maintaining communication with the team
Required qualifications
Active Health or Health & Life license
Minimum 1 year of Medicare experience
Comfortable working across multiple software systems
Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP
Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
