About the role

Global Asset Management firm located in NYC's financial district, is seeking a college educated, Administrative Assistant with 3+ years of consistent and hands-on administrative experience to support a small team of professionals. Manage calendars in MS Outlook, coordinate meetings withing various time zones, create complex travel itineraries. Create PowerPoint presentations, formatting of charts, graphs and images, format Excel reports. Manage emails, prepare documents for meetings • Handle copying, binding, submitting and processing invoices. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and possess outstanding communication skills to deal with all levels of management. Must be organized, pro-active, self-aware and confident. Prior experience working within a fast-paced, corporate environment, required.
