Job DescriptionPM IThe Project Manager I plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating projects from initiation through completion to ensure they meet scope, time, and budget requirements. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, develop detailed plans, and monitor progress against milestones. The Project Manager I is responsible for identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project health and stakeholder satisfaction. Effective communication with team members, clients, and leadership is essential to align expectations and report on project status. Ultimately, this role ensures successful delivery of projects that support organizational goals and drive continuous improvement.Minimum Qualifications:At least 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or management roles.Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking.Coordinate daily activities of project teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments.Identify potential risks and issues, proactively implementing solutions to minimize impact on project delivery.Prepare and present regular status reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting progress and challenges.Support project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards and methodologies.Assist in the management of project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting resource needs.Skills:The Project Manager I utilizes organizational skills daily to create and adjust project plans that keep teams aligned and projects on track. Communication skills are essential for facilitating collaboration among diverse stakeholders and ensuring clear understanding of project goals and progress. Analytical skills help in identifying risks early and developing effective mitigation strategies to avoid delays or budget overruns.
