Job Description
Job Summary: Looking for an individual who has experience working in a florist shop, working with flowers in floral arrangements, and assisting customers over the phone and in person find the right arrangements. Other responsibilities of the job are related to working in a florist. Hours Per Week Range from 30-35.
Key Responsibilities: Design: Create custom bouquets, centerpieces, and arrangements for daily sales, weddings, and funerals. Customers: Handle both in shop clients & help those over the phone place orders Care: Trim stems, change water, and monitor the freshness of all cut flowers and live plants. Inventory & Maintenance: Restock supplies, sweep work areas, and clean display coolers.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Prior floral design or florist shop experience is mandatory
Language: Must speak English Physical Needs: Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 40 pounds.\nCompany
