This individual must be organized and have strong problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. We are a customer-service oriented company so those who have had experience wowing customers are perfect for the job. This position is based in the Hayward / San Leandro Area, California with work primarily taking place on Saturdays.
Duties:
Field set up and breakdown for game day events Manage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches Supervise the overall operation of a venue ensuring sports programs operate on schedule Demonstrate core company culture, including Sportsmanship values Organize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue Act as the main point of contact on the field, consistently demonstrating a positive attitude and superior customer service skills with parents, participants, and staff. Position Type Part-Time W-2 Employee (usually on Saturdays)
Requirements:
