About the role
We're looking for a Direct Hire Programmerlocated in Middlefield, OH to oversee our Milling Department, optimize machining processes, and help deliver high-precision components in a growing manufacturing environment.
What We're Looking For:
CNC machining experience with a strong background in precision manufacturing, including setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
CNC programming experience using MasterCAM and/or GibbsCAM, with the ability to create and optimize complex machining programs.
Demonstrated experience programming and setting up 5-axis CNC milling centers in a production environment.
Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision inspection techniques, with the ability to make quality-related decisions independently.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience leading machinists, operators, or manufacturing teams while driving productivity, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
