Job Description:
MIG Welder – Stainless SteelStaff Force Personnel Services is currently hiring experienced MIG Welders for a cabinet manufacturing company in Elgin, TX.We are looking for dependable, skilled welders with experience welding stainless steel who can produce quality work while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Schedule & PaySchedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime: Available as needed
Pay: $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience
Location: Elgin, TXJob Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on stainless steel components used in cabinet manufacturing. Set up and operate MIG welding equipment. Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications. Measure, fit, align, and weld metal components according to specifications. Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and proper appearance. Perform grinding, cleaning, and other finishing work as needed. Maintain welding equipment and keep the work area clean and organized. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.Meet production and quality standards. Work closely with other production team members to complete cabinet assemblies.
Qualifications:
Previous MIG welding experience is required.
Experience welding stainless steel is strongly preferred.
Manufacturing, metal fabrication, or cabinet manufacturing experience is a plus.
Ability to read basic measurements and welding specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and work with metal components.
Ability to lift and move materials as required.
Ability to safely wear required PPE, including welding helmet, gloves, and protective clothing.
