About the role
Residential Energy Project Specialist Elysian Energy is seeking a Residential Energy Project Specialist to analyze data from Home Performance with Energy Star audits and create proposals for energy efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of Energy Audit experience and is looking to transition from field work to data analysis, training, and customer solution development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data modeling for energy audits using industry-standard software
- Create audit reports, HVAC and electrical load calculations
- Develop practical scopes of work within program parameters and for larger scale projects
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to homeowners clearly and effectively
- Research emerging technologies for residential energy efficiency and electrification/decarbonization projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal contracting staff on multi-phased projects
- Provide training and support to auditors as needed
- Perform related administrative tasks using computers and mobile technology
