Position Summary:
Acme Sample is seeking an Assembly Associate. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent attention to detail. The position is located at our facility in High Point, NC and reports directly to the Assembly Supervisor and/or the Assembly Lead.
Primary Responsibilities:
Count and Box samples accurately to customer specifications
Drill samples to customer specifications
Collate sample sets to customer specifications
Build Fabric Sample books
Glue identification tags to memo's
Attach backing strips to memo's
Operate an eyelet machine
Attach correction labels to existing samples to customer specifications
Inventory raw materials
Inspect finished product compared to approved sample
Operating a glue machine within a cell
Operate Laminator/Creasing machine
Requirements:
One year manufacturing experience preferred
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment with increasing levels of responsibility and strong working knowledge of general manufacturing practices and procedures
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Available 40 hours a week
Available to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
