Job Category: Finance / Accounting - Financial Analysis / Research/Reporting We are currently seeking a motivated and results driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this person will provide regular and ad-hoc analysis to our senior management team by detailing business performance and analyzing future projections for the business, assist our business leaders in developing budgets and maintaining forecasts, and have the chance improve various internal processes as relating to the gathering of data and communication of analytics. The ideal candidate will have proven success in delivering new ideas, excellent communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other tools used in the FP&A function. What You'll Do as a Senior Financial Analyst Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, working closely with business partners to identify key drivers and assumptions Analyze financial and operational results versus budget and forecast, investigate variances, and communicate findings to the management team Utilize financial and operational data to create insightful and actionable reports, providing commentary and variance analysis as needed Identify trends and potential areas for improvement within the organization, collaborating with business partners to develop action plans and drive process improvements Collaborate with external reporting team in gathering the data necessary to report on the financial and operational position of the company to external shareholders Other duties as assigned Security Clearance Required: N o COMPENSATION Base Salary - USD $80,000 to $110,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
