Energy Efficiency Administrative Contractor The Analyst provides analytical support for a specific business area. In this contractor role within the energy efficiency department, make a direct impact as you support the channel team with administrative and operational support. As an Energy Efficiency administrative contractor, you will assist the channel team in achieving success implementing and managing new and existing energy efficiency programs across MA, CT, and NH. Reporting manager: Energy Efficiency Supervisor Channel Team Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project activities ensuring compliance to contract terms and State and Federal regulatory requirements, as directed by the responsible Program Manager. Proactive engagement with contracted third-party vendors to ensure timely monthly program requirements are met. Track and report financial program and operational performance. Track and report all project data through internal Salesforce based System. Ability to analyze large volume of data. Process and track program invoices. Support the development and execution of contracts. Schedule projects evaluate their effectiveness and assist with duties related to project administration. Assist in the preparation of presentations and quarterly reporting upon request of the business. Provide contractor liaison assistance as directed. Monitor and suggest process changes to increase efficiency within the Channel Team. Requirements: Candidate should be strong in Data Analytics. Proficient in all Microsoft Office systems. The candidate should have strong project skills and the ability to pivot priorities based on the needs of the business. Individuals should be able to spark new ideas, be stimulated by obstacles and challenges, have a solid understanding of the obligations of the business enterprise to its employees, owners, communities, and customers. Successful candidates must have demonstrated versatility, imagination, thoroughness, and accuracy. Education: Bachelor's degree in personnel administration, business administration, labor relations, finance, marketing, or related equivalent discipline. Candidate should be strong in Data Analytics. Proficient in all Microsoft Office systems.
