About the role

KMG Prestige is seeking apart-time Community Managerin Shelbyville, IL at Shelbyville Apartments who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. Community Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and leading the site staff. This is a part-time position.
What we are looking for: Property management experience Demonstrated leadership abilities Budgeting experience Customer service mindset Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
