About the role

This position is responsible for the generation of new sales opportunities via new account development, farming existing lead / contact database. Promotion of specific affiliate products, attainment of sales goals, qualifying affiliates, web-site owners and email list management / marketing partners. Responsibilities Main responsibility as affiliate salesperson is to drive revenue for the company by securing traffic to company's offers. Qualifying affiliates, web-site owners and email marketers. Prospecting through lead files, Linked In, Facebook, forums, etc. Building rapport with traffic sources (phone, IM, email, face to face).Growing traffic from existing partnerships through monitoring activity, spotting trends, analyzing data for actionable items. Constant daily contact. Working trade shows. Getting pixels placed and tested. Must have superior phone skills with no hesitancy to "make a call".Qualifications College Degree preferred.2-3 years experience in a digital marketing sales organization. Preferably affiliate marketing / sales and lead generation experience. Outbound sales experience. Sourcing ability to develop lead database. Ability to work in a goal oriented environment under pressure. Ability to adapt communication style to the targeted audience. Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills a must. Experience working with multiple products, platforms and services. Confident and polished phone prospecting skills required. Skill in the use of Word, Excel, various email and contact platforms, CRM experience a must.
