Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated M&A Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role is critical to our success, as you will be responsible for the seamless integration of newly acquired firms into our existing IT ecosystem. You will be at the forefront of our M&A activities, ensuring a smooth transition for our new team members while minimizing disruption to business operations. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact during a pivotal time for our company. You will have the chance to work with a dynamic team and manage the integration of multiple firms, starting with two small-to-medium-sized businesses. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and a proven track record of success in M&A integration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
M365 Tenant-to-Tenant Migrations: Lead email, data, and user migrations using tools like Bit Titan, including DNS/domain cutovers and post-migration support. Infrastructure Integration: Assess acquired IT environments and manage server migrations, decommissions, and required infrastructure setup. Hardware Deployment: Oversee laptop rollouts and provide on-site support when needed. Project Management: Build and manage integration plans, timelines, and milestones while coordinating across internal teams, vendors, and acquired staff.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.3–7 years in technical project management with M&A integration experience. Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 admin, Exchange Online, and migration tools (e.g., Bit Titan).Hands-on experience with servers, networking, and general IT infrastructure. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel as needed.
