About the role
Citizens is seeking a Consumer Product Performance Partner - Existing Cardmember Growth to set strategic direction for growing existing cardmembers by designing product enhancements, targeted strategies, experience design, and rewards growth.
The role collaborates with Marketing, Risk, Finance, Operations and others to optimize portfolio growth, manage P&L, and support budgets, forecasts and campaign execution across card products and distribution channels.
