About the role
To lead strategic partnerships and drive business impact, the full-time salaried Director of Enterprise Client Services will manage relationships with large enterprise-level clients remotely, focusing on client retention, satisfaction, and collaboration across teams.
Key responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with enterprise-level clients, serving as a trusted advisor and key point of contact
Develop and implement client strategies that enhance retention and long-term growth across major accounts
Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and successful client outcomes
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
Ten or more years of progressive experience in a TPA, insurance carrier, or brokerage environment
Five or more years of experience in account management or a related role
Strong leadership and relationship management skills with a high level of business acumen
Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration across business functions and effectively manage client relationships
