About the role
- Greet and direct all guests to appropriate person
- Point of contact for office needs including, but not limited to, maintenance, mailing, shipping, cleaning, organizing, and errands
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries
- Provide general support to all guests, employees, and leadership
- Purchase office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Planning and coordinating various events for office personnel
- High school degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Office Manager or similar role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- May Perform Other Duties As Assigned
