Key Responsibilities Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with market integration objectives, focusing on governance and security Oversee the engineering and operation of IT infrastructure systems, ensuring seamless integration during transitions Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with IT regulatory standards throughout MA&D activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field Master's degree in information technology, business administration, information systems, or a related field preferred 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, M&A technology, or enterprise architecture 8+ years of experience in a management capacity Certification in enterprise architecture, project management, or change management disciplines preferred
