About the role
Leading IT strategies for merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities, the full-time Senior Director, Market Integration will ensure operational continuity and governance for infrastructure while collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful integration outcomes, with options for remote work in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with market integration objectives, focusing on governance and security
Oversee the engineering and operation of IT infrastructure systems, ensuring seamless integration during transitions
Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with IT regulatory standards throughout MA&D activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field
Master's degree in information technology, business administration, information systems, or a related field preferred
12+ years of experience in technology strategy, M&A technology, or enterprise architecture
8+ years of experience in a management capacity
Certification in enterprise architecture, project management, or change management disciplines preferred
