You’ll oversee a complex manufacturing environment spanning plastic injection molding and assembly, driving performance across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Continuous Improvement. You’ll be highly visible on the shop floor while working closely with teams across the site and the wider international organization. The role also offers international exposure and travel opportunities for training and development. The Role:
Progress immediately into Operations leadership across injection molding and assembly Drive site-wide performance across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Continuous Improvement Lead and develop teams while remaining hands-on and visible across the operation Work closely with international leadership and colleagues across the wider global organization The Person:
